Get Fit Challenge 2: Day 29

Shuttle Burn Out

Today we do another fun, fast, and furious circuit!

 (Go through each 2 exercises and rest 1-5 minutes in between)

Exercise #1- 10 Shuttle Runs ( 1 shuttle run is to your 10-15yrd mark and back)
Exercise #2- Burn Out Pushups
Rest 1-5 minutes
Exercise #3- 10 Shuttle Runs ( 1 shuttle run is to your mark and back)
Exercise #4- Burn Out Plank (lift one leg up, off the ground to make the plank more challenging
Rest 1-5 minutes
Exercise #5- 10 Shuttle Runs ( 1 shuttle run is to your 10-15yrd mark and back)
Exercise #6- Burn Out Pushups
Rest 1-5 minutes
Exercise #7- 10 Shuttle Runs ( 1 shuttle run is to your mark and back)
Exercise #8- Burn Out Plank (lift one leg up, off the ground to make the plank more challenging

 

Make Sure to Turn In Your “After Photos/Videos and Results” by Oct. 17th 😉


 

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
