    Hmm. Okay! This was kind of an eye opener. I’ll stop drinking so many Root Beers (kind of a downside.:( ) and eat more apples, oranges, carrots, broccoli, etc. But I’m still gonna have a steak when I get the chance. That will NEVER change! 🙂

    The thing about energy drinks is that it keeps you awake and alert for exams and studying, they are not for exercise.
