Get Fit 2: Day 4 – “Killer Ab Circuit”

Get Fit Challenge 2:Day 4 – “Killer Ab Circuit”

Fun Outside And Fat Burning Ab Workout

Go Outside!

Killer Ab Circuit

Today we will go lighter on the muscles. We are going to go outside and do something active outside like play volleyball, throw the frisbee, or kick the ball! Let’s have some fun. Then we are going to follow this up with a quick fat burning ab circuit with my friends Monica and Chelsea.

Ab Circuit

Exercise #1- Scissor Kicks 30 secs
Exercise #2- Ab rows 30 secs
Exercise #3- Toe Touches 30 secs

If you want to get more in, just repeat the circuit until you really feel the burn!

Special thanks to Monica and Chelsea for taking us through this quick ab circuit!

I like being able to follow along with the video better than having a timer set up myself. It’s easier to see people switch than to look down while you are working out to see how much time has gone by

The timer is great! I mainly like how there were other people with you, that way I can compare my form and try to perfect it as well.
