Get Fit 2: Day 1 – “Fast & Furious Core Circuit”

Get Fit Challenge 2: Workout Day 1

Fast and Furious Circuit

We are going to be performing a circuit workout. This will be a series of exercise performed one right after another continuously without stopping.

Exercise #1- Stationary QM (quadrapedal movement) 30 sec.
Exercise #2- Squat Jumps 30 sec.
Exercise #3- Stationary Crab Walk 30 sec.
Exercise #4- Lunges (forward and side to side with both legs) 30 sec.

Repeat this for at least 3 rounds without stopping. If you are trying to gain weight and on extra resistance with a weight vest. If you are trying to cut down and want to get some extra cardio in, take a 5 minute break then perform a series of 30-40 yd sprints.

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.

    I do like it better when you do the work out on the video and not just showing how the work out is done.
