Beach Body Abs!

Today we perform another ab circuit with Monica and Chelsea, two amazing health and wellness coaches who run boot camps in the SoCal area!

We got some really good feed back from the last ab circuit! Again, like in the previous ab circuit, you get to follow us along as we perform this beach body ab circuit.

Your abs will be burning after this workout and you will be on step closer to that sexy toned stomach!

Ab Circuit

Exercise #1- Russian Twists 1:00 Minute
Exercise #2- Twist & Throw (right) 35 secs
Exercise #3- Twist & Throw (left) 35 secs
Exercise #4- Scissor Kicks (left-right) 35 secs

If you want to get more in, just repeat the circuit until you really feel the burn!
