Today My bro and I show you how to make a healthy meal in seconds that taste awesome!

You simply take a raw nutrient packed fruits and vegetables and blend them up! This enables you to eat a ton of fruits and vegetables in one drink and allows your body to digest the nutrients much quicker. This smoothie will give you tons of energy! Eat 3 a day and you will feel amazing.

Here’s what we used to make our raw smoothie in the video.
 

#1- 3 oz of Almond Milk
#2- 1 Orange
#3- 1 Banana
#4- 1 Appple
#5- 1 orange
#6- 10 strawberries
#7- 4 Leaves of Kale

**Enough for 2 shakes

    Hi, that’s an interesting recipe, but I have just a problem : what is 30z ? (especially the “z” ?). Because I’m French and we do not use this unit ! We use g and kg, so please can you tell me the conversion rate ?

    @ David, I’m pretty sure they meant 30oz. For liquid measurement, but if you want that in kg it’s .85 and in g it’s 850.5.

    David, Michael is right about him meaning ounces, but you’ll need the ml which in this case is 887ml.
