Get Fit 2: Day 26 – “Your Workout” Winner!

Get Fit Challenge 2: Day 26

“Your Workout” Winner! Zach Zellar

A few days ago we asked you to send us your favorite or best workout and we would choose one of these workouts to showcase today! Congratulations to Zach Zellar, we found his work out video to be the most helpful workout submitted. You rock Zach and great stuff! .

“There is a comprehensive warmup to get all the muscles warm, firing, and injury proof. Then you get into the meat of the workout with a high volume skill move involving moving your body in and out of different planes. Followed by the handstand v sit superset to not only work on getting your form down and strengthening the upper body, but also keeping the shoulders balanced. Finally, there is the conditioning part- the finisher- where you have a short sweet burst of total body moves to further improve strength of the muscles AND the cardiovascular system.

Then to give everyone even more I added some mobility/stretching drills for maintaining healthy flexible wrists since that is an integral part of hand balancing. I hope you enjoy it and that people in the group can use it to achieve their goals! Thanks again for hosting the challenge again- you guys are awesome!” – Zack Zellar

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
