20/20 Work Out

Today is a light day but since we’re reaching the end of the Challenge I wanted to give you light circuit that’s a little more challenging than our previous light days. This Workout was taken from our Parkour Academy Training Section.

 (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- 20 PushUps
Exercise #2- 20 Squat Jumps

Perform a total of 4 rounds.

 

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
