Tiny Man Circuit

Today we do another fun, fast, and furious circuit!

 (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- Duck Walks (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- Low Jumping Jacks(30 seconds)
Exercise #3- Butt Scoots(30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Skull Crushers (30 seconds)

Perform a total of 4 roounds.

 

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
