Quick QM and Jumping Jack Circuit

Today we do another great parkour fitness workout.

 (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- Low Jumping Jacks (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- Broad Jumps (30 seconds)
Exercise #3- Stationary QM (30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Side to Side Jumps (30 seconds)
Perform a total of 4 roounds.

 

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
