Get Fit Challenge 2: Day 19

Picnic Table Workout

Today we do another great parkour fitness workout. We use a simple picnic table to get our abs ripped and develop effcient lean muscle.

Picnic Table Workout (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- Kong Jumps (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- Ab Turns (30 seconds)
Exercise #3-Incline Push Ups (30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Step Up Jumps “alternating left and right” (30 seconds)
Exercise #5- Dips (30 seconds)
If you want to get more in, do a few more rounds until you really feel the burn!

 

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
