Bun and Core Circuit

Today we do another great circuit that Monica and Chelsea takes us through on the beach! This is great for the core to get that tight stomach and for the butt to get those nice curves!

Bun and Core Circuit (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- Knees To Elbows “alternating left and right” (30 seconds)
Exercise #3- Donkey Kicks Right (30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Donkey Kicks Left (30 seconds)
 

If you want to get more in, do a few more rounds until you really feel the burn!
