Get Fit Challenge 2: Workout Day 17

Mountain Workout

Today we hiked on top of some big hills to do the Mountain Workout. The View was awesome! In this workout, we will be performing a series of exercises performed one right after another continuously without stopping. This will get our heart rates up and burn more fat in a shorter amount of time.

Mountain Workout

Exercise #1- Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- High Knee Jumps (30 seconds)
Exercise #3- Jumping Push Ups (30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Crab Kicks (30 seconds).

Repeat this for at least 4 rounds without stopping. If you are trying to gain weight and on extra resistance with a weight vest. If you are trying to cut down and want to get some extra cardio in, take a 5-15 minute break then perform a series of 30-40 yd sprints.

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.

    hey it s if you want to gain weight you should wear a weight vest..what if you dont have one what else can you do to gain weight

      Hey Peter, great question!

      A simple substitute is a back pack with weight (heavy books from school, water bottles, sand bags, etc) Make sure you tighten the straps tight.
