Ballin Ab Workout

Today we are going to be performing an ab routine that you can perform with any small ball. This will be a series of exercises with a small ball to help with building up those ab muscles!

Ballin Ab Workout

Exercise #1- Heaven Tosses (30 seconds)
Exercise #2- Knee Circles (30 seconds)
Exercise #3- Superman Raises (30 seconds)
Exercise #4- Around The World (30 seconds)
Exercise #5- Criss Crosses (30 seconds)
Exercise #6- Sit And Throws (30 seconds)

Try and repeat each exercise without stopping if you can.

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
