Stairway To Hell

This is a throwback workout taken from the first Get Fit Challenge!

Today we are going to be performing an intense workout that you can perform on any staircase. This workout is a little advanced but a lot of fun.

Stairway to hell was a popular workout from the first Get Fit Challenge so we wanted to bring it back for this one! This will be a series of exercises on a staircase performed one right after another continuously without stopping.

Stairway To Hell

Exercise #1- Regular Up and Down (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #2- Both Feet Hit Each Step (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #3- Skip 1 Step (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #4- Squat Hops (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #5- One Leg Hops Right (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #6- One Leg Hops Left (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #7- QM Forward (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #8- QM Backward (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #9- Side Hops Both Directions (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #10- Squat Hops 3up and 1 down (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #11- 1 Step Shuffles (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #12- Lunge Jumps (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #13- Broad Jumps (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)
Exercise #14- Strides (3 sets of 10 steps up and down)

This is one heck of a cardio work out that will kill your legs. This one is a little advanced. So it’s fine if you need to take short breaks in between exercises. Also, if you only have a few steps to work with, just add the reps till you hit 10 steps.

Again this video was taken from the last challenge, ha so my brother and I don’t have the Fu Manchu’s anymore. But if you think we should bring it back let me know in the comments below!

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
