Small Wall Workout

Today we are going to be performing a parkour fitness workout that you can perform on any small wall. This will be a series of exercises on a small wall performed one right after another continuously without stopping.

Small Wall Workout

Exercise #1- Wall Sit (1 Minute)
Exercise #2- Cat Hang (1 Minute)
Exercise #3- Wall Push-Up (1 Minute)
Exercise #4- Wall V-Sit (1 Minute)

Try and repeat this for at least 3 rounds without stopping. If you are trying to gain weight and on extra resistance with a weight vest. If you are trying to cut down and want to get some extra cardio in, take a 5-15 minute break then perform a series of 30-40 yd sprints.

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
