Bun Buster With Monica!

Today Monica takes us through a killer workout for your booty! This is great lower body workout for everyone and especially for you ladies wanting to firm and tighten your butt.

Your butt will be burning like crazy after this workout!

Warm Up Circuit (Go through each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- 15 Squats On Toes
Exercise #2- 20 Side Extension Squats (alternating left and right)
Exercise #3- 15 Straight Leg Lifts (left)
Exercise #4- 15 Straight Leg Lifts (right)
Exercise #1- 15 Angled Leg Lifts (left)
Exercise #2- 15 Angled Leg Lifts (right)
Exercise #3- 15 Circle Leg Lifts (left)
Exercise #4- 15 Circle Leg Lifts (right)
(Rest)

Bun Burnout (Do each exercise without stopping)

Exercise #1- 15 Donkey Kicks (left)
Exercise #2- 15 Fire Hydrants (left)
Exercise #3- 15 Fire Hydrant Kicks (left)
Exercise #4- 15 Pulsating Lifts (left)
Exercise #4- 15 Side Pulsating Lifts (left)
(Rest, then switch legs and go through each exercise without stopping.)
Exercise #1- 15 Donkey Kicks (right)
Exercise #2- 15 Fire Hydrants (right)
Exercise #3- 15 Fire Hydrant Kicks (right)
Exercise #4- 15 Pulsating Lifts (right)
Exercise #4- 15 Side Pulsating Lifts (right)

 

If you want to get more in, just add more reps until you really feel the burn!

    Wow! Did the Bun Burnout 3 times with 2-3 minutes rest. Really felt my butt working!
