Get Fit Challenge 2: Workout Day 10

QM Cardio

Today we are going to be performing the intense parkour fitness circuit. This will be a series of exercises performed one right after another continuously without stopping. We will be using variations of quadrapedal movement or QM and high knees to ramp up the cardio shedding away any belly fat covering up those ABS.

QM Cardio

Exercise #1- 20 QM steps forward and backward.
Exercise #2- 20 seconds High knees.
Exercise #3- 20 QM steps side to side.
Exercise #4- 20 seconds High Knees.
Exercise #5- 20 QM strides forward and backward.
Exercise #6- 20 seconds High Knees.

Repeat this for at least 4 rounds without stopping. If you are trying to gain weight and on extra resistance with a weight vest. If you are trying to cut down and want to get some extra cardio in, take a 5-15 minute break then perform a series of 30-40 yd sprints.

These workouts are optional for the Get Fit Challenge. If you have your own workouts and routine, you can do those. These are well rounded workouts that will cut fat and build efficient lean muscle.
